Jesse Powell Criticizes FTX Relaunch
Jesse Powell, co-founder of cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, doubts the possibility of relaunching FTX. "FTX 2.0 would be worse than starting from scratch. No team, no tech, no licenses, no banking, tarnished brand," he shared in a personal tweet.
According to the Kraken executive, the manager should simply auction the domain and trademark to the highest bidder. All that is happening now is an attempt to swindle money from creditors.
The "FTX 2.0 Coalition" responded to his comments by saying that they have other incentives. The basic idea behind revitalizing the crypto exchange is to hand over management to "a competent operator with the necessary experience and resources."
